1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClaudeStore ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at claudestore.store. By registering an account, purchasing credits, or using our API services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ClaudeStore is an independent commercial platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Anthropic, PBC, or any of its subsidiaries. All references to Claude, Opus, Sonnet, or Haiku are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
2.2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.3. Use of the Platform is prohibited in jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable law, including but not limited to countries subject to international sanctions.
2.4. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To access the Platform's services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately at support (via Telegram) if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3.5. One person may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension.

4. Description of Services

4.1. ClaudeStore provides access to Anthropic's Claude AI models (including Opus 4.7, Sonnet 4.6, Haiku 4.5 and future models) through a unified API gateway.
4.2. The Platform supports both the Anthropic Messages API format and the OpenAI Chat Completions API format.
4.3. API access is provided on a credit-based billing system. Credits are pre-purchased and consumed per token, at rates equivalent to Anthropic's published per-token pricing.
4.4. The Platform may offer integrations with third-party development environments including Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, and others.
4.5. Service availability is subject to upstream availability of Anthropic's API. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4.6. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment

5.1. Credit Packs. Credits are sold in packs (e.g. $45 for 500 credits equivalent to $500 Anthropic usage; $90 for 1,000 credits equivalent to $1,000 Anthropic usage). Pricing is subject to change; the price displayed at the time of purchase is final.
5.2. Credit Expiry. Credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active and in good standing.
5.3. Billing. Credits are deducted in real time based on token consumption. Rates mirror Anthropic's published per-token rates. A detailed billing breakdown is available in your dashboard.
5.4. Payment Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and others as indicated on the Platform.
5.5. No Subscription. ClaudeStore operates on a pay-as-you-go, non-subscription basis. No recurring charges will be made without your explicit consent.
5.6. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction. ClaudeStore does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of users.
5.7. Currency. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). For cryptocurrency payments, conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. General Rule. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as digital credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

6.2. Exceptions. A refund may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error;
  • Credits were not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment;
  • A verified technical fault on our side resulted in credits being consumed without any corresponding API usage.

6.3. Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram support within 72 hours of the transaction.
6.4. Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method or as credit to your account.
6.5. No refunds are issued for partially used credit packs.

7. Referral Program

7.1. ClaudeStore operates a referral program under which you may earn rewards by inviting new paying users to the Platform.
7.2. Reward Structure. Referrers earn 10% of qualifying purchases made by referred users.
7.3. Reward Format. Rewards are distributed as either (a) Anthropic-equivalent API usage credits, or (b) Solana USDT (via Heleket) for eligible transactions paid by cryptocurrency.
7.4. Claimable Rewards. Rewards are claimable from your dashboard. Minimum claim thresholds may apply.
7.5. Program Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Rewards earned prior to such changes will be honoured.
7.6. Prohibited Activity. Self-referral, creation of fake accounts, or any fraudulent manipulation of the referral program is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.
7.7. Tax Responsibility. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to referral rewards in your jurisdiction.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Anthropic's Usage Policy (available at anthropic.com/legal/usage-policy), and all applicable laws.

8.2. You must NOT use the Platform to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights;
  • Develop, train, or fine-tune competing AI models using responses from the API;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying model weights or architecture;
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage controls, or security measures;
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access to third parties without our explicit written consent;
  • Use the API for generating spam, phishing content, disinformation, or synthetic fraud;
  • Engage in any activity that may violate Anthropic's published usage policies.

8.3. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for policy compliance. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All Platform content, including but not limited to design, code, documentation, trademarks, and logos, are the property of ClaudeStore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. "Claude", "Opus", "Sonnet", "Haiku", and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Their use on this Platform is purely descriptive and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9.3. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the API. You grant ClaudeStore a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested API response.
9.4. API responses are generated by Anthropic's models. ClaudeStore makes no claim of ownership over generated outputs.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
10.2. No Training. Your API requests and responses are not used to train AI models by ClaudeStore.
10.3. We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the Platform and provide services, including account information, usage logs, and billing data.
10.4. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (b) RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (c) THE QUALITY OF ANY API RESPONSES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
11.3. API RESPONSES ARE GENERATED BY ANTHROPIC'S MODELS. CLAUDESTORE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAUDESTORE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
12.2. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12.3. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Termination

13.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are generally non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
13.2. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform.
13.3. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
13.4. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

14.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at claudestore.store/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date.
14.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email associated with their account or through the Platform interface.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClaudeStore is registered.
15.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our support channels.
15.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
15.4. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeStore regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
16.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3. No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
16.4. Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
16.5. Language. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience only.
